Consumer Complaint:
THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE IN REFERENCE TO THE IGNITION SWITCH. WHEN THE RECALL REPAIR WAS DONE, THE DEALER UNHOOKED THE AUTOMATIC LOCK SYSTEM. THE CONSUMER ASKED THE DEALER TO RE-INSTALL THE AUTOMATIC LOCK SYSTEM. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THEY FOUND A KEYLESS ENTRY IN THE VEHICLE, BUT HONDA WOULD NOT PAY TO REINSTALL IT. THE KEYLESS ENTRY WAS LEFT DANGLING IN THE VEHICLE AND THE WIRES WERE SIMPLY LEFT ON THE CENTER CONSOLE. *YH *SCC
